Ingredients
  

Topping

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp melted butter

Filling

  • 2 cups apples (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp soft butter

Instructions
 

Filling

  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine the dry ingredients.
  • Combine sliced apples, cranberries, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Add vanilla and apple juice and combine
  • Combine the dry and wet ingredients
  • Add the mixture to the baking dish
  • Add soft butter

Topping

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, sugar, and salt
  • The egg and melted butter should all be whisked together in a small bowl before being added to the already prepared ingredients, and then continue beating until fully combined.
  • Put a spoonful of the Bisquick batter over the fruit mixture in a pan in an equal layer. The cobbler's batter will spread as it bakes.
  • Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until it is soft and the topping is well browned.
