Ultimate Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

- Chicken
- 1⅔ cups Mixed vegetables
- 1 Egg
- 10 oz Can cream of the chicken soup
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- ½ cup Milk
- Salt
- Black pepper
- ¼ Parsley
- 2 large Knobs of unsalted butter
- 1 small Onion
You can start by using two forks to shred the meat into small pieces - for the adventurous ones just use your hands
Start now cutting all the vegetables (you can use frozen ones as well)
In a large pot add 6 tbsp of Unsalted Butter; add diced onion and the vegetables;
Saute for 8 minutes until the veggies are soft
Put on top ⅓ Bisquick - stir constantly for about 2 minutes
Add 2 cups of Chicken Broth and ½ milk - keep mixing until it’s consistent
Add 3 tbsp of salt and black pepper to your taste
Add the Chicken along with ¼ of Parsley
Put in the oven and Bake for it 400°F/200°C for 30 minutes
