  • 1 envelope active yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup thinly chopped pepperoni
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 cloves of finely minced garlic gloves

  • Blend three cups of Bisquick and one-half teaspoon of salt together. In a separate small bowl, dissolve two teaspoons of sugar into one cup of warm water. Stir in one package of active yeast and let sit for ten minutes.
  • Pour the yeast into the bowl of an electric stand mixer. With the dough hook attachment, add the blended salt and Bisquick, and mix for five minutes or until the dough leaves the sides of the bowl.Transfer the dough to a greased covered bowl and allow it to rise for one hour.
  • Remove the dough from the bowl, and roll in to one-half-inch balls. Dust with Bisquick to prevent them from sticking together.Grease a large bundt pan.
  • Melt one-half cup of butter in a bowl. Mix in two cloves of garlic and one teaspoon of oregano.
Toss the dough sections evenly in the butter coating. Layer the dough sections into the bundt pan. Sprinkle each layer of dough with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni. Spoon the remaining butter mixture evenly over the top and let sit for thirty minutes to rise.
  • Preheat the oven to three hundred and seventy-five degrees. Bake for thirty minutes. Let cool for ten minutes and serve on a plate with the pizza sauce.
