Everything But the Bagel Pizza Dough

If you’ve ever tried everything but the bagel seasoning, and love it as much as Ido, then I’m sure you will enjoy this pizza dough recipe as much as I do. I’ve had it on bagels and I have tried the trend of adding it to cream cheese and serving it with vegetables. I thought it might be tasty added to pizza dough, and I was right.

  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning

  • Pour one-half cup of warm water into a small mixing bowl and stir in one teaspoon of white sugar until dissolved. Sprinkle one and one-half teaspoons of instant yeast over the top of the water and let sit for approximately ten minutes until foamy.

  • Mix in two tablespoons of olive oil and continue mixing for three minutes.
  • Pour the beaten egg and yeast mixture into the Bisquick. Mix on medium speed for five minutes.
