If you’ve ever tried everything but the bagel seasoning, and love it as much as Ido, then I’m sure you will enjoy this pizza dough recipe as much as I do. I’ve had it on bagels and I have tried the trend of adding it to cream cheese and serving it with vegetables. I thought it might be tasty added to pizza dough, and I was right.
Pour one-half cup of warm water into a small mixing bowl and stir in one teaspoon of white sugar until dissolved. Sprinkle one and one-half teaspoons of instant yeast over the top of the water and let sit for approximately ten minutes until foamy.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, using the dough hook attachment, blend two cups of Bisquick with two tablespoons of everything but the bagel seasoning.
Mix in two tablespoons of olive oil and continue mixing for three minutes.
Pour the beaten egg and yeast mixture into the Bisquick. Mix on medium speed for five minutes.
Place dough onto a lightly Bisquick floured surface and knead until the dough becomes elastic-like.
Place the dough in a large lightly greased bowl and let rise for thirty minutes, covered with a piece of lightly greased plastic wrap.
Allow the dough to rise for one hour, punch down, and separate into two equal pieces.
Roll out each piece to be used for making pizzas. Freeze any leftover dough.
