Sausage and Potato Casserole
This is a very hearty casserole dish, and I usually serve it with a garden salad on the side. You can slice the sausages into chunks before baking, but I prefer to leave them whole.

6 medium potatoes 1 tsp salt 2 tsp pepper 4 tbsp butter (melted) 4 tbsp Bisquick 3 cups heavy cream 10 sausages
Preheat the oven to three hundred and fifty degrees, and grease a baking dish.
Wash the potatoes and slice thinly.
Layer the potato slices into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with some of the Bisquick, salt, and pepper, and drizzle with a little of the melted butter.
Repeat the layers until there are no potatoes left.
Pour three cups of heavy cream over the layers and place the sausages on top.
Bake for one hour. Enjoy!
