Egg Noodles

Egg noodles are a great comfort food. They go well with chicken soup or beef burgundy, and because of their wide, flat shape they are ideal with a cream sauce. They also make a great addition to a baked casserole. My one child enjoy seating them with butter whereas my other child prefers them dry with a bit of parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 cups Bisquick

Instructions
 

  • Beat four eggs with two tablespoons of water.
  • In a separate bowl, place three cups of Bisquick and make a well in the center.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into the well and stir until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly Bisquick floured surface.
  • Cut into one-half inch strips, and allow to dry for at least six hours before cooking.
