Chocolate Bisquick Waffles And Peanut Butter Filling
I absolutely love chocolate mixed with peanut butter. Whenever my kids ask me to pick up ice cream at the store, I always look for chocolate peanut butter and hide it underneath the frozen vegetables. These waffles are delicious, but unfortunately, I can’t hide these in the freezer as they never last long enough.

In another bowl, beat three large eggs with the six tablespoons of melted, cooled butter.
Stir in two cups of buttermilk, two teaspoons of vanilla, and one-quarter teaspoon of salt and mix until blended.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and stir together without over mixing.
Preheat the waffle maker and cook each one until done. Prepare the peanut butter filling while the waffles are cooling.
Filling Combine the six ounces of cream cheese with one-half cup of peanut butter using an electric mixer.
Add the four cups of powdered sugar, (one cup at a time) four tablespoons of milk, and one tea spoon of vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Spread the filling in between two waffles and enjoy. (I like to add sliced bananas on top of the filling).
