  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Fresh blackberries
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Ensure350°F for the oven’s temperature.
  • Combine Blackberries, cornstarch, half a cup of sugar, lemon juice, and water in a pot.
  • Stirring continuously, bringing the mixture to a boil over regular heat.
  • Mix butter, milk, and Bisquick mix together in a bowl.
  • The mixture will become thick and should have a consistency similar to dough.
  • Fill the pan or casserole dish with the blackberry mixture.
  • Gently press down to partially bury the cobbler topping.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees, or until the biscuits on top are golden and the blackberry filling bubbles.
  • Brush the cobbler biscuit tops with melted butter.
