Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Blackberries (either fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 60 ml Melted butter
  • Ice cream (if desired)

Instructions
 

  • Mix blackberries and sugar together in a medium size bowl.
  • Wait twenty minutes so the fruit syrup is formed.
  • Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix the milk, salt, and Bisquick in a large bowl.
  • Add the melted butter and combine well.
  • Spread in an 8-inch square pan without grease.
  • Spread batter and fill in the blackberry mixture.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until brown and puffy.
  • Serve warm! You can add ice cream.
