  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp soft butter

Instructions
 

Filling

  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine the dry ingredients.
  • Combine sliced apples, cranberries, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Add vanilla and apple juice and combine
  • Combine the dry and wet ingredients
  • Add the mixture to the baking dish
  • Add soft butter

Topping

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, sugar, and salt
  • The egg and melted butter should all be whisked together in a small bowl before being added to the already prepared ingredients, and then continue beating until fully combined.
