Impossibly Easy Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Mixed Vegetables
- 8 oz Mushroom
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Medium Carrots
- 3 Large Garlic gloves
- ¼ Fresh parsley
- 2 knobs unsalted butter
- ⅓ Bisquick mix
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup peas
- 2 chunks Unsalted butter For the crust
- 2 cups Flour For the crust
- 1 tbsp salt For the crust
- 1 beaten egg
Instructions
- You can start by using 2 forks to cut the chicken into small bites pieces
- Set that aside and start preparing all the vegetables
- Thinly slice 8 ounces of mushrooms (brown or white)
- Set that aside and start cutting a medium onion into small pieces
- Thinly slice 2 medium carrots
- Mince 3 large garlic gloves
- Once all of this is done chop ¼ fresh parsley
- Switch the stove and in a large pot add 2 knobs of unsalted butter + diced onion and carrots
- Saute those together until the vegetables are soft

- Chicken
- 1⅔ cups Mixed vegetables
- 1 Egg
- 10 oz Can cream of the chicken soup
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- ½ cup Milk
